AirTest Announces Suspension of Trading
Delta, British Colombia (FSCwire) - ATI AirTest Technologies (TSXV: AAT) This notice is to confirm that ATI Airtest Technologies Inc.(the “Company”) was issued a Cease Trade Order by the BC Securities Commission on May 4, 2018. The TSX Venture Exchange has suspended trading in the Company’s securities as a result of the Cease Trade Order.
Company management advise that the reason for the Cease Trade Order was due to the Company being late in filing its December 31, 2017 audited statements that were scheduled for filing by April 30, 2018. The Company’s auditors are now in the process of completing the year end financial statements which the Company expects to have filed before the end of May, at which time it is expected that the BC Securities Commission will revoke the Cease Trade Order and the TSX Venture Exchange will reinstate the Company to trade.
