iFabric Corp. Appoints New European Sales Representative for Its Ladies Apparel Division

MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 4, 2014) - iFabric Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IFA), hereinafter referred to as "iFabric" or the "Company", today announced the appointment of Mr. David Finlayson as its exclusive sales representative for the European market for its ladies apparel division.

"I am very excited with the opportunity that David's appointment presents to leverage his numerous connections with major retailers throughout Europe," stated Mr. Hylton Karon, President & CEO of iFabric.

The ladies apparel division which operates under the trade name Coconut Grove Intimates, is headquartered in Markham, Ontario, and has a showroom and design offices in New York.

As a result of the agreement with Mr. Finlayson, European sales will now be executed though his independent offices and showroom which are located in the UK.
