AirTest Announces Suspension of Trading
Delta, British Colombia (FSCwire) - ATI AirTest Technologies (the “Company”) (TSXV: AAT) This notice is to confirm that ATI Airtest Technologies Inc.(the “Company”) was issued a Cease Trade Order by the BC Securities Commission on May 9, 2016. The TSX Venture Exchange suspended trading in the Company’s securities as a result of the Cease Trade Order.
Company management advise that the reason for the Cease Trade Order was due to the Company being late in filing its December 31, 2016 audited statements that were scheduled for filing by April 30, 2017. The Company’s auditors have now completed the year end financial statements and the Company has filed them with Sedar on May 11th. It is expected that the BC Securities Commission will now revoke the Cease Trade Order and the Company will immediately apply to the TSX Venture Exchange to reinstate the Company to trade.
