("SPoT" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SPP) is pleased to announce the opening of its sixth cafe located in the community of Delray Beach, Florida ("SPoT Delray"). The cafe opening represents a significant operational achievement for the Company as it continues to execute on its long-term business and financial plan. SPoT will end 2010 with eight cafes operating or under development and it continues to strategically expand its operations across North America.
SPoT Delray is the Company's first cafe to open in the State of Florida and is centrally located in the east coast community of Delray Beach. Downtown Delray Beach continues to be a thriving retail, cultural and residential hub complete with boutique stores, restaurants and historical attractions. The consistent growth of a year-round residential community over the past five years has supported the construction of new commercial and residential developments and has helped to raise awareness of Delray Beach as a vibrant location.
The SPoT Delray cafe comprises 3,000 sq. ft. and is located in a historical building on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and 1st Avenue in the heart of the downtown core of Delray Beach. Consistent with SPoT's vision to develop community-oriented cafes that are not built on uniformity of style, the design of SPoT Delray has been derived from its surrounding community and captures the warm historical feel of Delray Beach while creating a chic modernized look. SPoT worked closely with a local architect to ensure key historical aspects along with the unique characteristics of the community were incorporated into the overall design of the cafe. The cafe features a large wrap around patio complete with entire sliding door sections which instantly transform the space into an appealing indoor/outdoor patio and significantly increases the total cafe retail area. A large mural painted by a renowned local artist covers one wall of the cafe and depicts the vibrant culture of the street, popular locations and community festivals and events. The menu will feature all of SPoT's gourmet food offerings and specialty beverages including SPoT's famous Belgian waffles, freshly prepared gourmet pizzas, signature sandwiches, SPoT's own in-house roasted coffee and an assortment of freshly baked desserts and goods. Consistent with all SPoT cafes, SPoT Delray will continue to welcome and give back to its community through various initiatives including showcasing the artwork of community artists, featuring local bands and promoting area events through a neighborhood information board. SPoT Delray will also offer free Wi-Fi to all of its patrons.
SPoT is also pleased to announce that Raymond J. (RJ) Stapell has been appointed the President and a Director of the Company. Mr. Stapell will replace Mr. John Lorenzo who will continue to act as Chairman of the board.

Mr. Stapell has extensive experience in business consulting and legal issues pertaining to the formation, capitalization, growth, profitability and risk management of various business entities.
As the former Managing Partner of the Buffalo Office of the Harris Beach PLLC law firm, he was responsible for the development, motivation, and financial success of a diverse staff of twenty partners, associate attorneys and fifty administrative assistants to support a variety of legal practices, emphasizing team work, cross-training, both individual and team accountability, mutual respect, integrity and most importantly, a positive mental attitude. Built the firm's Buffalo practice from two attorneys to its present size through mergers and acquisitions of selected practice areas through strategic long term planning.
In the past, Mr. Stapell has developed and managed a specialized administrative staff together with a cadre of local independent counsel to assist in the successful deployment of wireless cell towers for a national provider throughout western New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. under the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Built an environment of collaboration to overcome local zoning obstacles and maintain the schedule of deployment in a cost-effective manner. Successfully argued 19 separate litigations, including the first nationally reported case under the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
The directors and management team of SPoT welcome Mr. Stapell to the Company and are confident he will be a key asset to the team as SPoT continues to expand its operations nationally and internationally.
