BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 26, 2007) - Uni-Select (TSX:UNS) has acquired all of the assets of Parts Holding, LLC and its operating companies which include Parts Distributors, LLC. Parts Distributors is an automotive replacement parts distributor that operates 16 points of sale and one distribution center active in the States of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Maryland. Parts Distributors customers' are independent jobbers and fleet operators.
The acquired business will become part of the North-East division of Automotive Group USA. This development should add annual sales of $52 M US, 40% of which are to fleet customers.
