MONTREAL, July 19 /CNW Telbec/ - The Board of directors of GLV Inc. ("New GLV") (the Corporation which shall continue the water treatment and pulp and paper businesses presently carried out by Groupe Laperriere & Verreault Inc. pursuant to the Arrangement with its Shareholders and FLSmidth & Co. A/S, if concluded) has agreed to amend its Stock Option Plan intended to the directors, officers and key employees of New GLV and its subsidiaries, which will be submitted for approval at the Special General Meeting of Shareholders of Groupe Laperriere & Verreault Inc., to be held on July 27, 2007 (for more information, refer to the June 22, 2007 press release and information circular filed through SEDAR at www.sedar.com) in order to add a new restriction limiting the number of securities issuable, at any time, to any director of New GLV who is not a member of management, under all security based compensation arrangements of New GLV, to 1% of the issued and outstanding securities of New GLV.
