("Endeavour" or "Corporation") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of CDN$0.05 per share, payable on June 29, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 22, 2007. The Corporation's Board maintains a policy of paying a semi-annual dividend.
