TORONTO, May 3 /CNW/ - Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Trust (the "Trust") (TSX: FC.UN) announced that it is increasing the regular monthly distribution on its outstanding trust units from $0.076 per unit to $0.078 per unit, effective commencing with the June 2007 distribution, which is payable on July 16, 2007 to unitholders of record on June 30, 2007.
The Trust has in place a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) and Unit Purchase Plan that is available to its Unitholders. The plans allows participants to have their monthly cash distributions reinvested in additional Trust units and grants participants the right to purchase additional units.
