MONTREAL, May 16, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The trustees of BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (TSXV: BTB.UN) announced today that the monthly cash distribution for the month of May 2012 is $0.0067 per unit, representing $0.08 per unit on an annualized basis. The cash distribution will be paid on June 15, 2012 to unitholders of record on May 31, 2012.
