CALGARY, March 15 /CNW/ - The board of directors of the general partner for Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), is pleased to announce that, due to the strong performance of fiscal 2006 and continuing strong activity in the first quarter of 2007, they have approved an increase for the first quarter of 2007 cash distribution to the Partnership unitholders to $0.13 per unit (up 18% from the previous $0.11 per unit distribution announced December 11, 2006). If continued, this will represent $0.52 per unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about April 13, 2007, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2007.
Investors are cautioned that future distributions are always subject to approval from the board of directors of the general partner and may be increased, decreased or suspended by the board at any time.
