Tembec President and Chief Executive Officer, James Lopez, will provide an update on the Company's corporate and financial activities for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2006 and the first quarter results of the current fiscal year ended December 30, 2006. He will be accompanied by Michel Dumas, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
Tembec's press briefing will be followed by the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders at 11 a.m. (EST). The Meeting will take place in the Salons des Saisons A and B of the Omni Mont-Royal Hotel and will be livecast on the Internet, in audio mode only, in the "Investor Relations" section on the Company's website at www.tembec.com.
