Media Advisory/ Photo Opportunity - Break the bank: TD helps Saskatoon bring miracles to Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan

SASKATOON, SK, Dec. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - For the 17th consecutive year, TD is asking Saskatchewanians to support Children's Miracle Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for 14 children's hospitals across Canada. TD will help make miracles happen this December by matching donations, up to $1 million, to support your communities local Children's Miracle Network member hospital.

To launch this year's initiative, on December 8, 2011, Aidan, a Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan Patient Ambassador, will be at the TD Canada Trust branch on 8th Street East to break a large piggy bank to encourage Saskatchewanians to donate on December 9th and throughout the year. Funds raised will support Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan.
