LONDON, ON, Dec. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - For the 17th consecutive year, TD is asking Londoners to support Children's Miracle Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to saving and improving the lives of children by raising funds for 14 children's hospitals across Canada. TD will help make miracles happen this December by matching donations, up to $1 million, to support your communities' local Children's Miracle Network member hospital.
To launch this year's initiative, on December 8, 2011, Xander and his doctor, Dr. Victor Han, will be at the TD Canada Trust branch in the Westmount Shopping Centre to break a large piggy bank to encourage Londoners to donate on December 9th and throughout the year. Funds raised will support Children's Health Foundation.
