CALGARY, Dec. 5 /CNW/ - Canadian Equipment Rental Fund Limited Partnership ("CERF LP") has granted unit options to purchase a total of 220,000 limited partnership units of CERF LP. The unit options are for a term of five years and have been granted to certain individuals who are officers, directors and/or employees of CERF LP. The exercise price of $2.80 per unit represents the closing price of the units on December 4, 2006.
CERF LP is an Alberta limited partnership engaged in the rental, sale and service of industrial and construction equipment. CERF LP trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "CFL.UN".
