QUEBEC CITY, Oct. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - Tonight, CO2 Solution Inc. ("CO2
Solution") held its annual general meeting ("Meeting") of shareholders. There
were about 130 attendees present who were updated regarding the Company's
recent developments and were able to attend a presentation on the impacts of
climate change on the Quebec province given by Mr. Alain Bourque, from
Ouranos.
The items proposed on the agenda of the Meeting were all voted in favour.

The firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton has been nominated as CO2
Solution's auditors and the stock option plan has been ratified.
Mr. Jacques Raymond, president and CEO, presented the outstanding events
of 2005-2006, in particular the termination of the public offering, the
changes in the management team, the state of the market and the impact of the
Kyoto Protocol. He also mentioned the upcoming projects such as securing the
financing, developing major partnerships and elaborating a business strategy
focused on the growth of the Company.
