MARKHAM, ON, Aug. 31, 2011 /CNW/ - Nightingale Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NGH), an application service provider (ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services granted 685,000 options to certain officers of the Company, pursuant to the Company's employee stock option plan (the "Plan").
Each option under the Plan is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.23 per share. The options granted have been approved by the Board of Directors and are due to expire on August 23, 2016. The Plan has been approved by the Company's shareholders.
