WINNIPEG, Aug. 17, 2011 /CNW/ - Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared eligible dividends totaling $0.135 per share for the month ended August 31, 2011, payable September 15, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2011.

The dividend is designated as an "eligible" dividend under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any corresponding provincial legislation. Under this legislation, individuals resident in Canada may be entitled to enhanced dividend tax credits which reduce income tax otherwise payable.
