TORONTO, ONTARIO -- SPOT COFFEE (CANADA) LTD. (TSX VENTURE:SPP) ("SPoT" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce the Company is continuing its strategic North American new café expansion and redevelopment program. As part of SPoT's current portfolio of operating cafes, the Company is pleased to report that the Rochester SPoT café ("SPoT Rochester") reopened on May 27^th after undergoing a full renovation that includes an updated service bar, enhanced seating area and a new enlarged kitchen. These enhancements will enable SPoT customers to now enjoy an expanded menu which includes SPoT's gourmet pizza and Belgian waffles. SPoT management estimates this strategic renovation, which also reduced excess square footage, will decrease the operating expenses of the café by up to 40% while the improved design and menu enhancements will lead to a greater customer experience.

The successful renovation and reopening of SPoT Rochester represents the accomplishment of another milestone in the Company's café expansion and redevelopment program. SPoT currently owns and operates six cafés and has two additional cafés under development. At the end of 2010, SPoT opened its first Florida café and the Company expects to open its seventh café in Western New York State, SPoT Hertel, during the summer of 2011. SPoT's eighth café, SPoT Park Place, located in Toronto is expected to open shortly after. The company is currently evaluating several locations in line with SPoT's current geographic clustering of cafés in Western New York State, Toronto, Ontario and South east Florida. This will enable SPoT to achieve the Company's short-term expansion milestone of owning and operating ten cafés in short order. Following that SPoT will be well positioned to strategically evaluate optimal expansion plans going forward.

The SPoT Rochester café is located in a historical building on the corner of East Avenue and Mathews Street in Rochester, New York. The renovations showcase the historical aspects of the building including the 35' ceilings, the large arching window, and the second floor mezzanine while also enhancing the overall structure of the café. The newly renovated café has been designed to better serve the Rochester community and will now offer, in addition to all of SPoT's signature menu items, the popular all day breakfast, SPoT's gourmet pizza program and delicious Belgian waffles. Additionally, patrons of the café will also have access to free Wi-Fi.
