TORONTO, July 7 /CNW/ - Corona Gold Corporation (CRG-TSX) and Harte Gold
Corp. (HRT-TSXV) announce that they have agreed to change the scheduled
closing date for the purchase and sale transaction previously-announced on
June 8, 2006 from July 7, 2006 to August 7, 2006. Upon completion of this
Agreement Corona will sell its 51% interest in the Sugar Zone to Harte.

Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Toronto
Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange, neither exchange has
approved or disapproved the contents of this press release.
