TORONTO, ONTARIO -- Seafield Resources Ltd. ("Seafield" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SFF) is pleased to announce that 30,000,000 warrants of the Company (the "Warrants") to purchase common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on April 25, 2011 under the trading symbol "SFF.WT".
The Warrants were issued in connection with a private placement that closed on December 21, 2010. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase a Common Share at an exercise price of $0.75 for a period of two years from the date of issuance of the Warrants.
An additional 1,725,000 Warrants are reserved for issuance upon exercise of broker warrants issued in connection with the private placement.
