OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - June 21, 2006) - C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CMI) has announced today the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Ron Leslie. Mr. Leslie who is also a member of the board of directors of C-COM will remain on the Board but will relinquish his duties as CFO.
C-COM will immediately commence a search for a new CFO and intends to appoint a replacement for Mr. Leslie as soon as possible. In the interim, the financial department of C-COM will be supervised by C-COM's controller.
