TORONTO, April 12 /CNW/ - CI Investments Inc. ("CI"), the manager of DDJ High Yield Fund (the "Fund") has amended its notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid effective April 12, 2011 and removed the restriction that the Fund may only repurchase Trust Units of the Fund at a price which is less than 90% of the most recently determined Net Asset Value per Trust Unit.
The current limit of the Fund's normal course issuer bid is 10% of the public float, which is 317,353 Trust Units.
