VANCOUVER, March 30 /CNW/ - Westshore Terminals Investment Corporation (TSX: WTE.UN) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce today that Westshore Terminals Limited Partnership has reached an agreement with Grande Cache Coal Corporation to exclusively handle its annual coal tonnages that it ships through West Coast ports from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2022. The commercial terms of the agreement are confidential.
The prior contract that covered shipments of coal from the Grande Cache operation was set to expire on March 31, 2013 and this new contract amends and replaces this former agreement. In 2010, Grande Cache shipped 1.3 million tonnes of coal through Westshore.
