TORONTO, March 21 /CNW/ - Copernican International Financial Split Corp. (TSX: CIR/CIR.PR.A) (the "Corporation") today announced that a quarterly cash distribution in the amount of $0.12500 per Preferred Share of the Corporation will be paid on April 12, 2011 to Preferred shareholders of record as of March 31, 2011.
A shareholder that has continually held shares since inception will have received a total of $0.63124 per Class A Share and $2.01667 per Preferred Share respectively as of payment date.
