Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the
Calgary TELUS Convention Centre, Exhibition Hall E, North Building, 2nd Floor,
136 - 8th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta beginning at 10:30 a.m. MT.
