QUEBEC CITY, Feb. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - Yesterday, the securities regulatory
authorities of the concerned provinces have granted a modification visa of CO2
Solution's current prospectus. The principal modification concerns the
prolongation until March 29, 2006 to obtain the minimal offering.
