VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct. 28, 2010 (Marketwire) -- ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ATC) ("ATAC") announces that it has entered into a formal Exploration Cooperation Agreement (the "Agreement") with the First Nation of the Na Cho Nyak Dun (the "NND"). The Agreement is relationship building between the parties and provides a framework for future exploration and environmental activities at ATAC's Rau Gold Project.
ATAC also announces that, subject to regulatory acceptance, the NND will participate in a $200,000 private placement with ATAC. 39,000 units at a price of $5.1282 per unit will be sold under the placement. Each unit will consist of one ATAC common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the NND to purchase one additional ATAC common share at a price of $6.00, at any time for a period of three years from closing of the placement. All securities issued as part of the placement will be subject to a four month statutory hold period.
