Aug. 3, 2010 (Filing Services Canada) -- RMS Systems Inc.  (RMS - TSX Venture), ("RMS") announces that Marco Dedominicis has effective August 1, 2010, ceased to be a member of the Board of Directors of RMS Systems Inc.  Marco has resigned in order to pursue his other business interests.  RMS thanks Marco for his service on the Board and wishes him well in his other business interests.


The TSX Venture Exchange has in no way passed upon the merits of the proposed transaction and has neither approved nor disapproved the contents of this press release.
