WebTech Wireless' Quadrant(R) Fleet Solution Selected by Major Saudi Arabian Transport and Logistics Company

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jul. 22, 2010 (Marketwire) -- WebTech Wireless Inc. (TSX:WEW), a leading provider of vehicle fleet location-based services (LBS) and telematics technology, today announced that Projects Supply Company (PSC), headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, has chosen WebTech Wireless' Quadrant(R) remote fleet management solution for their fleet of approximately 300 trucks operating throughout Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. The sale was facilitated by HandHelds Professionals Inc., WebTech Wireless' Saudi Arabian VAR.

Quadrant(R) is an end-to-end solution for the transportation industry that provides PSC with innovative GPS-based remote fleet management capabilities, allowing them to monitor the location and operation of their trucks in real-time. With this ability, PSC can improve fleet utilization and efficiency, reduce costs associated with fuel use and maintenance, and increase vehicle lifespan. PSC also employs Quadrant's driver status and two-way messaging functionality to provide greater safety and security for drivers and cargo.

"Use of a GPS vehicle management system is essential for the day-to-day operation of our fleet, and enables us to provide up-to-date information to our clients as well as increasing safety for our drivers and their payloads. The WebTech Wireless system has provided us with the ideal solution for this," said Eng. Waleed M. Al-Nujadi, General Manager of PSC.

"We are pleased with the sales momentum that we're beginning to see in the Middle East, especially with customers such as PSC. This sale clearly demonstrates our ability to work with local partners in order to penetrate challenging yet lucrative markets, such as the petrochemical sector," said Edward Kulperger, Vice President of Insurance, OEM and International Business at WebTech Wireless.

PSC is one of the largest integrated transportation and logistics services providers in the Middle East, providing services to petrochemical companies such as Saudi Aramco and SABIC in the transport of polyvinyl chloride, crude oil, diesel, asphalt and cement.
