May 27, 2010 (Filing Services Canada) -- Mega Precious Metals Inc.  (MGP - TSX Venture), announces that it has granted options to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,250,000 common shares of the Corporation to employees, officers, directors and consultants pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The stock options were issued at an exercise price of $0.33 and will expire on May 27, 2015.

The options are subject to all applicable shareholder and exchange approvals.
