Judge's ruling will help ensure customers have access to clear and accurate information

Today the Court of the Queen's Bench in Fredericton, New Brunswick granted Bell Aliant an injunction to stop Rogers Communications Inc. from claiming to have the 'fastest and most reliable' high speed Internet product.

In her decision, Justice Clendening ordered Rogers to stop claiming to have the "fastest speed," "most reliable speed," or "fastest and most reliable speed".
