CALGARY, Aug. 2 /CNW/ - PanTerra Resource Corp ("PanTerra" or the
"Company") has increased the monies to be raised in the Private Placement
(the "Offering") from $500,000 (3,125,000 units) to $740,000 (4,625,000
units). All other components of the Offering, originally announced on July 18,
2005, remain unchanged.
PanTerra also announces that its offices are now located at 260,
