("Mart" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:MMT) announces that it has granted stock options to purchase up to 7,550,000 common shares of the Corporation to certain officers and directors of the Corporation and stock options to purchase up to 4,250,000 common shares of the Corporation to employees and consultants of the Corporation. The options have an exercise price of $0.17 per common share and expire on February 9, 2015.
