Blue Sky Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: BSK, WKN: AOMKXP) is pleased to announce that Ronald Netolitzky, MSc., and David Horton, B.Comm, M.B.A., have been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Netolitzky has Snip, Eskay Creek, and Brewery Creek gold mines to his credit and he is one of a handful of Canadian explorationists acknowledged as a successful mine finder and developer. He was honoured with the Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. He was the Chairman of Viceroy Exploration with exploration success of Gualcaymayo gold mine in Argentina resulting in the sale of the Company to Yamana Gold. Mr. Horton's experience includes 19 years with Canaccord Capital (TSX:CCI) Corp., where he held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Finance. His position on the Board adds a broader third party financial dimension to Blue Sky through the many areas of his professional involvement in structuring, advising and financing numerous public companies.
So that the Company may assemble a more independent board, Mr. Nikolaos Cacos has agreed to tender his resignation.
