WINNIPEG, Oct. 16 /CNW/ -- Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the "Corporation"), announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared two cash dividends, an eligible and an ineligible dividend, totaling $0.13 per share for the month ended October 30, 2009, payable November 13, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 30, 2009.
The Corporation will notify all shareholders of the amount of the eligible dividend by posting a notice on the Corporation's website on or before the dividend is paid. It is currently estimated that the eligible dividend will be approximately $0.06 per share.
