Pleasant, Michigan to Key Energy Pressure Pumping Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Key Energy Services, Inc. ("Key"). Proceeds, net of related costs, in the amount of US$1,225,000 were received by Leader from Key with respect to this sale.
