Crackingstone, Uranium City, Saskatchewan Drilling Encounters 4.85m Width With a 0.5m @ 0.371% U3o8 (7.42 Lbs./Ton) Intersection

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, October 09, 2008 /FSC/ - International Montoro Resources Inc. (IMT - TSX Venture), ("IMT") and Belmont Resources Inc. ("BEA") and are pleased to report that  Phase 1 drilling has returned assays up to 0.371% U3O8 (7.42 lbs./ton) from their 100% owned Crackingstone property in the historic Uranium City/Beaverlodge mining camp which boasts historical production of over 70.5 million pounds of U3O8   The drilling program was planned to test a northeasterly trending electromagnetic conductor coincident with the Boom Lake Fault which hosts the Beck 94 mineralized zone where surface sampling returned 1.24% U3O8 in 2007.  Drill Holes C-01 to C-08, C-14 to C-16, C-19 and C-20 were drilled to test the on strike mineralization and the electromagnetic conductor coincident with Beck 94 showing. This drilling tested and confirmed the presence of uranium mineralization for a strike distance of 1800 meters on the Crackingstone property.  The drilling to this point strongly indicates increased width and intensity of alteration and uranium mineralization going northward from Beck 94.

Hole C-04-08: A total of 27 samples were taken from this hole.  The assays ranged from 0.001 up to 0.051% U3O8 over widths from 0.10m to 1.45m from samples taken between 60.0m and 136.80m.  A 5 meter intersection from 100.7 m -105.7m assayed from 0.002 to 0.051% U3O8 (1.02 lbs./ton).

Hole C-07-08:  13 samples were taken with assays ranging from trace up to 0.014% U3O8 over widths from 0.2m to 2.0m from samples taken between 39.4m and 112.2m

Hole C-08-08:  This hole was thoroughly sampled (47 samples) and assayed with values ranging from trace to 0.371% U3O8 (7.42 lbs./ton). Core sample width ranges from 0.10m to  1.25m  from samples taken between 42.9m to 272.5m with the best assays listed below:

The zones of mineralization are hosted within zones of intense fracturing containing significant uranium mineralization between holes C-7-08 and C-19-08  and coincident with the Boom Lake Fault.

All of the drill holes were thoroughly tested with the spectrometer and then sampled to fully test the range of uranium mineralization.  The mineralization is contained within broad zones of  alteration and fracturing located within the Boom Lake Fault.

This news release was reviewed and approved for technical disclosure by Raymond A. Bernatchez, P.Eng., Consulting Geologist, an independent qualified person under NI 43-101.

All samples were shipped in sealed containers to SRC Geo-analytical Laboratories in Saskatoon, Sask., for analysis.  All samples were analyzed using standard ICP partial and total digestion methods.  A QA/QC program was implemented as part of the sampling procedure for the drill program.  Field duplicates and field blanks were inserted into the sample stream with at least one standard sample and duplicate inserted every 19 and 37 samples respectively for quality checks. The laboratory also has an extensive in-house quality control system.
