GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman, July 17 /CNW/ - At a Special Meeting in George Town yesterday, shareholders of Endeavour Mining Capital Corp. approved a resolution to change the name of the corporation to Endeavour Financial Corporation. Endeavour will continue to trade under its existing symbol of EDV on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Neil Woodyer, CEO, stated, "The new name leverages the strong market recognition of our financial advisory business, which was established in 1988. Using one name to describe both our advisory and capital investment activities will improve our ability to communicate and explain our business model."
