EDMONTON, June 9 /CNW/ - Seair Inc. (SDS:TSX Venture Exchange) today announces that Target Products Ltd. ("Target") has agreed to distribute Seair's products and solutions in western Canada. Target is a manufacturer of speciality concrete, aggregate blends and dry sands for use in the construction, mining, abrasive, silica, golf, and filtration, including in the potable water and wastewater industries.
Under the terms of the distributor agreement, Target will market Seair products to a variety of industries including turf grass, irrigation, golf course, potable water, wastewater and water reuse/recycling. As well, Target will be Seair's exclusive representative for potable water and wastewater projects involving First Nations communities.
Target Products Ltd. is a privately held company incorporated in 1961, and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Quikrete Group of Companies.
